While in college, she was fascinated with jewelry that was custom made. She kept creating and sell the jewelry until she came up with the idea to create a plastic earring holder. In order to determine the reaction of women those who she saw on the streets Greiner showed her product to. She registered her invention, before launching it online and off. Her business continued to expand with new products. Her portfolio is comprised of over 1000 product launches, including 120 US patents, and other international. Her keen senses are matched by a strong sense of commercial savvy and instantly know if a particular product will prove to be successful or not. This results in 90% of success within her industry. In the conviction that if someone succeeds, it is imperative to take action to help others, she makes annual contribution to numerous charities.
